RETURNS POLICY
New Mexico Southwest Distributors accepts returns for defective merchandise, for exchange or items ordered in error within 30 days of initial order. Approval must be obtained from our Customer Service Department before any item can be returned. Return shipping costs for exchanges and items ordered in error will be the responsibility of the buyer. Defective merchandise will be issued a call tag and picked up by UPS for return to us. If an item is ordered in error and requires a refund, see our Refund Policy below.
REFUNDS POLICY
New Mexico Southwest Distributors will issue refunds only by approval from our Customer Service Department. Refunds can only be issued for defective merchandise, items ordered in error or exchanges for lower priced merchandise. Refunds will not be issued for installed items or items returned to us damaged. Any refund will be subject to the following terms:
1. A 25% Restocking Charge will be applied to the total cost of the item refund.
2. All shipping costs for item being refunded are non-refundable.
3. Credit Card fees and Chargeback fees may be applied to refund.
4. All return shipping costs for items for refund will be paid by the buyer.
5. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for item purchased.
